History

Mehmet Tanrıkulu Vocational School of Health Services;

Education activities were first started in Bolu Vocational School in 2013 with "Medical Imaging Techniques" under the "Department of Medical Services and Techniques" and "Oral and Dental Health" under the "Dental Services Department". With the establishment of the "Child Development Program" under the "Child Care and Youth Services Department" in 2015, our school was named Mehmet Tanrıkulu Health Services Vocational School. In 2017, our Child Development Program started to recruit students, and in the same year, a "Medical Documentation and Secretariat" program was established under the "Department of Medical Services and Techniques". With this program, which started student admission in 2018, there are 4 departments that continue their educational activities within our school. In 2019, the first and emergency aid program was opened and no students were accepted.

Aiming to be a pioneering institution that develops and implements new programs that are in line with the requirements of the age and that the health sector will need for the purpose of training qualified health personnel, our School supports theoretical education with practice. Our students, who participate in practical applications from the first days of school in vocational institutions and organizations, have the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge they have gained and to develop their professional knowledge and skills. Our school continues its activities in cooperation with all its stakeholders in order to achieve the goals set in line with the strategic plan of our university in the best way. This administration activity report, prepared on the basis of the activities carried out during the year, reflects the current situation of our School in terms of financial, physical and human resources as of the end of 2019.
